Who says The Arts aren’t Lucrative?!?!

Last night, the Christie Auction House in New York sold an Andy Warhol original of the Late Michael Jackson. The pieces’ estimated worth was amoung $500,000 to $700,000, according to Christie’s auctioneers. However, the silk screen masterpiece sold for $812,500 to an anonymous collector. The portrait depicts MJ with yellow hair

and his infamous red leather jacket.

A refreshing story to blog as oppose of the barrage of reports about the pathetic Joe Jackson’s greed.

The arts (and Michael) lives on!!
