Pop singer Jessica Simpson and Quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo have reportedly called it quits! The couple, who have been dating for the last 2 years, had been having trouble making duration for one another, and Romo ultimately decided to shout the whole thing off.

“She loves Tony. But it’s been difficult

lately. He’s busy with his career and she’s getting ready to shoot her show. They decided to part ways,” says a “friend” of Jessica’s.

Hmmm. Is it just me or does that seem like convenient timing considering Nick Lachey just parted ways with former girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo?
