Robert Downey Jr.: To Be Hugh Hefner in “Playboy” Movie

poor boy Robert Downey Jr. just scored big with the success of his movie Iron Man and Hugh Hefner took notice.

No he doesn’t want Downey to pose in his magazine. Hefner is hoping that Downey will be in his big screen movie titled Playboy and portray the character of Hefner himself.

The Chicago Sun-Times is saying Hefner admired Downey’s humor and skill in showing his vulnerability in

Iron Man and hopes to snag him for his movie.

A lot of the movie will take place in Chicago, which is where the Playboy magazine and franchise got it’s start, and could start production as early as next summer.

Downey is waiting on word about a script and plus the schedule for filming Iron Man 2 before he makes any commitments to the project.
