Making for quite the saddening situation, a tour bus transporting the concert production crew of Miley Cyrus was involved in a poor accident in Virginia that dawn (November 20).

Reportedly killing the driver, nine others suffered minor injuries after the bus flipped by on the highway.

Being quite lucky, Miley was not on board, as

the bus involved was “part of a 4-vehicle caravan and included 14 passengers,” reports TMZ.

At that point, the victims’ names have not been released. It is additionally still unknown whether the “Hannah Montana” star will continue to perform on Sunday in Greensboro, N.C., as previously planned.
