Congratulation to Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams who were engaged that week. Mandy Moore is set to marry her musician boyfriend, Ryan Adams. Moore’s rep, Jillian Fowkes, has confirmed that engagement to folks Magazine and E! The couple

first began dating in December 2007 and their relationship has seen its share up ups and downs. Rumors started swirling again last week when Adams put up a picture of them on his website.
