Lindsay Lohan rung in her 23rd birthday in Vegas at Wet Republic. Although, as a matter of Science, I’d say she’s drank her way to 60 or so. I wonder what The MGM is paying her to show up and fake celebrate her birthday? I mean, give me a break. Yes, I’d still hit it. Twice on Sundays. Which is today, whadda ya know, folks!
