Victoria Beckham has famously said that she didn’t ever work-out…and we all assumed she stayed slim by eating strawberries and edamame. But living in L.A. is changing the very English Posh. She’s been photographed shopping at Target in flip flops and now that.

Behold…Victoria Beckham sans make-up in normal work-out gear after a two-hour session at the gym. Yes, two hour sessions six days a week is excessive and the gym is super “posh” - but all that is very normal for L.A.

in Beverly Hills, where membership costs £1,500 a year, told The Mail on Sunday: ‘Posh is always low-key when she comes here.

‘She wears normal gym gear and is always happy to hang out and have a juice and a chat afterwards. She’s remarkably normal and doesn’t seem to care whether citizens see her sweaty with no make-up on. She’s confident in her looks and actually looks way better without all the war paint slapped on.’
