The first lady of Harry Potter, Emma Watson, has a new beau. And it’s not the swanky English financier, Jay Barrymore. Recently, the very proper Miss Watson has been cozied with Spanish

rocker, Rafael Cebrian.

Not really her type, but all the good girls got a little poor in them! (no pun intended)
