Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan: Plead Guilty
Bodybuilding champions Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan have been under exploration for the past two and half years ever since the charred remains of the couple’s personal assistant was found in December 2005.
Titus, 43, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and arson and Ryan, 35, pleaded guilty to arson and battery with a deadly weapon with significant bodily harm.

The two were at the top of their game a few years ago with Titus being a place-winner in the worldly Mr. Olympia contest and Ryan being a former Ms. Fitness America and Ms. Olympia runner-up.
Looks like the two will have plenty of spare date to weight lift seeing as Titus is looking at 17-55 years in prison and each of Ryan’s charges carry sentences of 2-15 years in prison.
